Daterbase(이하 '앱')는 플래너 · 커미션 관리 · 기록 · 가계부를 한곳에서 쓰는 앱이에요. 개인정보 보호법 제30조에 따라, 앱이 어떤 정보를 왜 다루는지 알려 드려요.
1. 앱에 적은 내용
일정 · 할 일 · 메모 · 기록 · 가계부처럼 앱에 적은 내용은 이용자의 기기에 저장돼요. 동기화를 켜면 이용자 본인의 저장소(본인이 만든 Supabase 프로젝트, 또는 앞으로 제공할 본인 구글 드라이브의 앱 전용 폴더)에도 저장돼요. 운영자는 이 내용을 볼 수 없어요.

이 정보는 운영자의 구글 Apps Script 서버와 구글 스프레드시트에 저장되며 운영자만 볼 수 있어요.
3. 구글 사용자 데이터
- 구글 캘린더(https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar): 이용자가 연결을 허락한 경우에만, 고른 캘린더의 일정을 앱에 보여 주고 앱에서 만든 일정을 그 캘린더에 보내는 데 써요.
- 구글 할 일(https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tasks): 구글 할 일 목록을 앱의 할 일과 주고받는 데만 써요.
- 구글 드라이브(https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file, 제공 예정): 앱이 만든 'Daterbase' 폴더의 파일만 읽고 써요. 다른 파일은 보지 않아요.
- 구글에서 받은 일정 · 할 일 · 파일은 이용자 기기와 이용자 구글 계정 사이에서만 오가요. 운영자 서버에 저장하지 않고, 남에게 팔거나 넘기지 않으며, 광고나 AI 학습에 쓰지 않아요.
- 로그인 토큰을 발급받는 과정만 운영자의 Apps Script 서버를 거쳐요(앱 비밀키를 앱 파일에 넣지 않기 위해서). 이 서버는 토큰을 저장하지 않고 바로 이용자 기기로 돌려줘요.
- 앱의 구글 API 데이터 사용과 다른 앱으로의 전송은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(제한적 사용 요건 포함)을 따라요.
4. 보관 기간
- 구매 기록: 전자상거래법에 따라 5년
- 제보 · 문의: 처리 후 1년
- 익명 사용 통계 · 오류 기록: 1년
5. 남에게 주는 정보
없어요. 결제는 텀블벅 · 위치폼이 처리하며 각 서비스의 처리방침을 따라요. 구글 폼 주문은 계좌이체라 카드 정보를 받지 않아요.
6. 이용자 권리
- 앱 설정에서 동기화 끊기 · 데이터 내보내기 · 지우기를 할 수 있어요.
- 구글 계정 설정(myaccount.google.com/permissions)에서 앱 권한을 언제든 끊을 수 있어요.
- 구매 · 제보 · 통계 기록을 보거나 지우고 싶으면 아래 메일로 알려 주세요. 구매 기록은 법정 보관 기간이 지나야 지울 수 있어요.

Your content. What you write in the app (events, to-dos, notes, records, budget) is stored on your device and, if you turn on sync, in storage you own (your own Supabase project or, when available, an app-only folder in your Google Drive). The operator cannot see it.
What the operator receives. Order details when you buy (order number, buyer name, email, depositor name, items, amount) to confirm payment and handle refunds; a random device identifier and device type when you register a purchase (5 devices per purchase); anonymous usage statistics and error messages (random device identifier, app version, device type, language, screen usage counts; no name or email); and the content of reports you send. These are stored in the operator's Google Apps Script server and Google Sheets, visible only to the operator.
Google user data. Google Calendar (calendar scope) is used only to show events from calendars you pick and to write events you create in the app. Google Tasks (tasks scope) is used only to sync your task lists. Google Drive (drive.file, planned) only reads and writes files in the 'Daterbase' folder the app creates. Data from Google APIs moves only between your device and your Google account; it is not stored on the operator's server, sold, shared, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. Only the OAuth token exchange passes through the operator's Apps Script server (so the client secret is not shipped in the app); tokens are returned to your device and not stored. Daterbase's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention. Purchase records 5 years (Korean e-commerce law); reports 1 year after handling; anonymous statistics and error logs 1 year.
Sharing. None. Payments are processed by Tumblbug and Witchform under their own policies.
Your choices. Disconnect sync, export or delete data in Settings; revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions; email us to access or delete purchase, report or statistics records.
